We don't work with everyone. We ask two questions before any project begins: does this have a genuine chance of reaching patients? And can we actually answer the question?
Both answers must be yes.
Problems arrive in different forms. A compound that needs testing before human trials. A device requiring evidence that will satisfy regulators. A surgical technique never properly validated. A clinical observation that demands explanation. A therapy that needs preclinical evidence in systems that actually predict human outcomes.
They come to us because the capability to answer these questions doesn't exist in-house, or because conventional approaches have failed to provide answers anyone can trust.
What unites them is trajectory: each has the potential to become something real, something that reaches patients and changes practice.
We do not put our name on your discoveries. Therapies, devices, and protocols reach the world under your name. If you want to make the collaboration public, we are happy to do so. Papers are written and published, adding to the evidence base. But the default is discretion.
What matters is that patients benefit, not that we get credit.
